As I told you in the other post you open (It was the wrong place, so I've deleted them):

I am afraid that you will need translate Licencia.txt into English

In brief there will be available the license also in English, but it's hard because of legal terminology.

The use of Robser Radar POIs is free for personal use. Is there another reason to read it all? We can help you about it in a particular point, or if you are not English, maybe some of us also speak other languajes
